A scalp massage can be a calm four-minute self-care step. It should feel gentle—not painful—and it should never be sold as a guaranteed hair-growth method.
Before you begin
Use clean hands. Remove rings that may catch the hair. Skip massage over broken, painful, or irritated skin.
Minute 1: Hairline
Place your finger pads along the hairline. Make small circles with light pressure. Do not scratch with your nails.
Minute 2: Sides
Move above and behind the ears. Keep the movement slow and comfortable.
Minute 3: Crown
Work across the top of the scalp in small sections. If your style is installed, do not pull against the base.
Minute 4: Back of the scalp
Finish near the nape. Stop if you feel pain, burning, or pulling.
Do you need oil?
No. You can massage a clean, dry scalp. If you prefer oil, use a small amount and avoid layering it over visible buildup.
Explore PURIFY™ as the optional oil step.
This routine is for comfort and cosmetic care. It does not diagnose or treat hair loss.
