Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at toxitress@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at toxitress@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used personal care and beauty products
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders

Please contact us with any questions about your specific item before initiating a return.

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since
