Review ToxiTress™'s return and refund policy before making a purchase.

We want you to love your ToxiTress™ experience. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

**Physical Products**
We accept returns on unopened, unused physical products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via our Contact page with your order number.

**Digital Products**
Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales on digital guides are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.

**Damaged or Incorrect Orders**
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

**Refunds**
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
